Things to watch out for
If you have fair skin, be very careful with exposure to the sun; the beach is usually windy, so you might not feel the heat of the tropical sun. We recommend using sunscreen before you go out in the sun; getting burned could ruin your holiday, so bear this in mind.
Renting a motorcycle is actually a dangerous thing; make sure that you have health insurance, and unless you are an experienced rider, we don’t recommend renting a bike. If you do, always wear a helmet, as the police will stop foreigners who are riding without a helmet.
